Shipping Overview
Vape shipping timelines depend on:
Your destination country or region
Order quantity
Product category and inventory availability
We fulfill orders from EU warehouses, North America warehouses, or factory warehouses, depending on stock availability and order size.
Order Processing Time
Order Processing (Preparing for Shipment):
1–2 business days under normal conditions
Business Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Closed on weekends and major U.S. & EU holidays
During holidays, promotions, or sales events, processing times may take up to 10 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We only ship to regions and states where the sale and shipment of e-cigarettes are legal
Military base addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not eligible for shipping
Adult signature may be required depending on destination and carrier
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center:
Orders With Local Inventory (EU or North America Warehouses)
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Orders Without Local Inventory / Bulk Orders
Estimated delivery: 14–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local regulations.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your order email within 3–5 business days after shipment
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier
Please note:
Tracking may not update daily while in transit between facilities
If tracking does not update within 5 days, or delivery exceeds expected timelines, please contact our support team so we can investigate
We continuously work with our carriers to improve tracking visibility and delivery reliability.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements
To avoid delays or returns, please ensure:
Full and accurate shipping address
Correct unit, suite, or apartment number
Gate codes (if applicable)
Valid mobile phone number for delivery contact
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an address issue or delivery failure:
We will contact you to resolve the issue
Packages will be held for 3 business days
If unresolved, the order will be canceled and a store credit issued
Credits are issued minus applicable service fees, including:
Shipping fees
Adult signature fees
Package protection fees
