Overview & Important Notice
At Alpha VapeMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of vaping products and strict health, safety, and legal regulations, returns and exchanges are limited.
Please read this policy carefully before contacting us regarding any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Proof Required for All Return Requests
All customer service tickets for defective, missing, or incorrect items require photo evidence, and in some cases video evidence.
Photos/videos must clearly display the issue and the item(s) received
Proof will be requested after our initial response
Do not discard any items until instructed
Discarded items will automatically void your return or exchange request
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged, including for defects:
E-liquids & Pods (including disposables and bottled e-liquid)
Tanks & Rebuildables (RDA / RDTA systems)
Coils & Cartomizers
Replacement Glass
Batteries & Chargers
Any open, used, discounted, sale, or promotional items
Unfortunately, we are unable to test these items for defects once opened.
If you believe a product is defective, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as they may be able to provide further assistance.
Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy
This policy excludes damage caused by:
Accident
Disassembly
Custom modification
Improper use or user error
DOA Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
A detailed customer report must be submitted within 48 hours from carrier-marked “Delivered” status
All original accessories must be included
Item must show no physical damage beyond normal light use
Returned items may only be exchanged for the same item
Items with manufacturer visual defects (e.g. small paint chips) are not eligible
After the 48-hour window, the order is considered delivered and complete.
Buyer’s Remorse Policy
Buyer’s remorse exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging
Returned exactly as received
No exceptions
Buyer’s Remorse Fees
20% restocking fee
Original shipping costs are not refundable
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Once received and approved, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1
Contact us via email or WhatsApp and clearly explain your issue.
Step 2
Provide requested photos and/or videos.
Step 3
Once approved:
Clearly write your order number (EV) on the exterior of the package
Package must be postmarked within 5 business days
Packages without an order number may be discarded
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Ineligible Returns & Disposal Policy
If returned items are deemed ineligible:
You are responsible for shipping fees to receive the items back
Items will be held for 5 business days after contact
Unclaimed items will be disposed of or discarded
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this Return Policy.

Alpha VapeMart is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect—temporary or permanent—caused by the improper use of Lithium-ION batteries.
Customers must understand:
Proper battery handling
Safe charging practices
Storage and usage guidelines
Use all battery products responsibly.
